There has been so much written over the last couple of years about poultry welfare. We source all our British poultry from farm assured or Red Tractor farms. The main regions we source from are Norfolk, Suffolk and Northhamptonshire. Free range poultry is also on the increase. Much of the free range poultry is local (within 40 miles) of oxford.
