Test Kitchen


Aldens will have a fully operation "development" kitchen ready for use by September 2015. it will be used for a number of important functions:

1) In-house training for butchers and staff members.

2) For our customers. When discussing menus we can suggest some cuts of meat and cook them in-front of you.

3) Butchery School for public. These will be 3 hours courses aimed at people who would like to know more about the art of butchery and how to prepare certain cuts of meat. Our expert butchers will teach the participants how the prepare and cook the meat.

At the end of the course participants will have a lovely meal, glass of wine and take the meat they have been preparing home with them.
