Many people's favorite. We source the majority of lamb from Oxfordshire,
Berkshire and Gloucestershire. However, supply can be from far away
as New Zealand. At certain times of the New Zealand lamb may be better
than the UK lamb depending on the season. About 5% of our lamb comes
from New Zealand. The best time for UK lamb is from April until October.
From October onwards the lamb gets a bit bigger and older. We try
and but small ones at this time (about 20kg) as they will be better.
