Beef is traditionally the nation's favorite meat item. We take the purchase of beef very seriously indeed; where possible visiting the farms or talking to the farmers to get a better understanding of the beef that we buy. Most breeds these days are cross bred but at Aldens have Traditional Breed status and are members of the Soil Association and pure breeds are available.
